Actively managing and developing strategy for a portfolio of ~115 donors scheduling 3-5 visits weekly resulting in over 85% renewing and 50% increasing their annual donations raising over a total of $550,000. • Identify, cultivate, and solicit major gifts involving endowments, facility upgrades, and planned gifts. • Planned and Implemented communication for UNCW Athletics Giving Tuesday helping to raise over $150,000 with over 500 donors participating. • Assisted in launching Sustain the Seahawks Campaign for UNCW Athletics COVID-19 relief fund resulting in over 1.5M raised in 9 months. • Played a key role in the Seahawk Club raising 1.1M in its 2nd most successful fiscal year personally responsible for $250,000 raised. • Lead event planner for the Seahawk Club including Men's Basketball Tip-Off dinner ($85,000 raised), the Seahawk Club Golf Tournament ($25,000 raised), pre-game socials, and All Hands-on Deck event. • Designed the annual membership brochure to solicit over 5,000 prospective donors. • Formalized the Seahawk Varsity Club to engage former student athlete giving which included the creation of the Seahawk Varsity Club giving competition to incentivize giving to an all-time high of 15%.. • Solicit 16 local restaurants who catered home pre-game social for 450+ donors who donated $2,500 or more. • Create weekly email communication to Seahawk Club members and alumni using PACmail and Outlook. • Collaborate effectively with University Advancement to enhance giving initiatives and event planning.
