- Forecast&Budget: monitoring and analysis of the licensees' quarterly
forecasts and definition of the annual Budget to achieve;
- Product and Brand development: supervision of the entire product process to
achieve the correct products in line with each project's target and Brand assigned;
- Analysis: identification of eventual trends or market issues;	
- Retail activities: identification of the strategies for the correct positioning of the products in the market to grow the business through retail with the collaboration of the Trade Marketing Department.
