Valerie Evans: Event Coordinator representing Bacardi USA in Costa Mesa, CA

Responsible for client relationship with Bacardi USA including; being the point of contact to execute events, gather information and keep updated on product and industry knowledge, develop and maintain a positive working relationship with key personal. Responsible for field execution including spot checking promotional staff at events, recruit promotional specialists, ensure proper implementation and execution of promotions and special events, communicate weekly promotional calendar to appropriate client and distributor personnel. Responsible for administration including, managing the entering events in brand trend for the West CBU including Southern and Northern California, Nevada, Oregon, & Washington, creating a weekly action plan, maintaining proper records for all expense reports and ensure they are completed on time with receipts attached, warehouse management, update inventory, understand and comply with state rules and regulations.
