-Co-Supervised Production Team and drove team timelines and task lists. -Drove the R&D/product development cycle for all product lines (Snowsports, Sun Protection, Hunting, Workwear and Tactical) as well as SMU. - Main contact communicating with domestic and international factories (20+) on product details (R&D through Bulk Production including QC issues). -Responsible for product costing and factory negotiations to maintain profit margins. -Maintained all product specification database, managed tech packs working closely with Technical Design and factories to communicate product specifications. -Executed all product approvals including fittings and color/print approvals to ensure proper construction, fit and color specs prior to both Salesman Sample production and final bulk production. -Maintained approved reference sample set for QC Department, provided training to staff on new products and worked closely with them on quality issues.
