Marketing Manager, West & Central Region 

Marketing & Sales

Leading all marketing and brand support for the West and Central sales team, +30% of CBA's entire volume in the US. In this new hybrid sales and marketing role, I work with the entire west and central sales force and brand teams to hit volume goals and trimester plans. 
•	Managing all Kona Brewing Co. and Omission brand led programming and product launches for the salesforce, including market-custom retail programs and launch execution in different markets 
•	Leading all large sponsorships and events contracts in different markets, supporting with creative assets, retail programming and planning execution 
•	Developing custom in- market retail programming for each market, including in- market creative text- to- win  programming and sweepstakes development
•	Owning all in-market creative development in collaboration with graphics team and brand teams
•	Traveling to each market for wholesaler meetings, sales meetings, team sell days, and larger launch events 


Lead all consumer facing facets for all three brands, including content social media community management as well as content creation and management, communication and media outreach, worked with agencies on programming and social media support, owning in-market product launch activations and media outreach, and worked with 11 major partners to bring them to life in retail.  
•	Community management, content creation planning, calendar planning, ad boosting and posting for @Redhook & @AppalachianMountainBrewery social media platforms 
•	Managed social media agencies for Redhook and Appalachian Mountain Brewery and collaborated with internal stakeholders to align on priorities, goals and calendar social planning
•	Lead all brand website development and product updates, consumer emails & consumer newsletter
•	Partnership strategy, negotiation & management for 11 larger partners activated in retail, through social media platforms and for product launch events
•	Developed in-market retail programming for all three brands, including in-market creative text-to-win programing and sweepstakes development
•	Public relations and communications strategy for new item launch activation & larger brand driven events
•	Traveled to each market for wholesaler meetings, sales meetings, team sell days, photoshoots, partnership activations and larger launch events 

Local Marketing Manager for Redhook Brewery | Seattle, WA				         2017- 2018
Created and executed all events and community brand activation, including community outreach, partner management, pre-event promotion, budgeting and recapping events for further opportunities. I work with the sales team, pub team, brewers and internal stakeholders to lead all activation for Redhook in the WA market. In my role, I have developed in-market strategy to bring the Redhook brand to life in our market with local partner outreach, event sampling, POS creation and community activation in the innovation brewery. 


Associate Brand Manager

Directed and created all seasonal marketing campaigns, including creating content, buying social media, creating target audiences, budgeting and managing creative employees. I was a team leader on our social media team; I strategized all social media execution and created the content for each platform. I also oversaw all game-day operations and reviewed all scripts and copy of all production and promotions, this included managing 20+ employees daily.
