I have worked in retail for almost 10 years and loved every bit of it. After working for my first company Justice, I felt as if I needed to expand my knowledge in retail. At Ron Jon Surf Shop I was taught a lot of different thing . My passion has always been visual mer handing. From Justice to Ron Jon I excelled at merchandising. I looking for a job solely in visual merchandising because I would love to concentrate on that. 

Assist the store manager with making daily goals. 
Trained new employees and informed them on surfing and skating. 
In charge of making sure the store was merchandised to the company standards. 
As the visual manager worked well with different buyers to make sure the store was fully stocked at all times.
