The process consists of a 30, 60, 90, and 180 day STAY interview. The interview has a broad range of questions from operations to environment and life balance. The process has been instrumental to the success of new associates. • Executed and managed the new year-end performance review process, CMP: coaching and maximizing performance. The process requires the associate to take responsibility of their future growth and developments. Goals are aligned with their responsibilities and success is tracked quarterly with a year-end recap of their success. • Assisted in the initiation of PAR: Positive Associate Relations. The process requires HR and managers to be more engaged with associates daily. A daily check-in is required from all management. The increase in manager and subordinate interaction will provide a better "team" atmosphere. • Administered the completion of the annual Sysco Speaks Associate Engagement survey. Ensured action plans are in place and being managed to help improve future scores. • Partnered with VPO in the rollout of Inclusive Leadership Training. Presented Sysco's commitment to Diversity and Inclusion by introducing leaders to unconscious bias and strategies for overcoming biases which, in turn, supports an inclusive culture at FreshPoint. • Created the phone screen selection interview guides for Union positions. The process allows for an informal phone interview with specific questions regarding job knowledge and experience to be administered by HR. The engagement allows the same Q&A for all applicants, for an equal assessment. • Took part of a corporate wide HR project as a member of a team that was formed to revise termination reasons in ADP EV5 and create an attendance policy for non-union associates across the enterprise. • Progressed the payroll department to be streamlined with excel. Transitioned time keeping system from ADP Timesaver to ADP Enterprise eTime. • Managed all phases of recruitment, including defining hiring management needs and posting available positions.
