I’m passionate about driving growth through innovative, data-driven strategies. Built, managed, and led a high-performing retention marketing team of 4 internal members, coordinating with an external partner team of 6. Managed multiple channels including email, mobile app, SMS/MMS, transactional, and automated communications.

Spearheaded the creation and strategy for PUMA’s omnichannel SMS/MMS mobile program for e-commerce and retail stores. Played a pivotal role in the successful launch of the PUMA APP by developing the retention marketing strategy and driving the overall marketing plan.

Actively participated in off-site strategic sessions with senior leadership, leading the acquisition and retention pillar to elevate performance to the next level.

ed the development and execution of Performance Marketing strategies for the LATAM region, aligning with Global HQ in Germany and other regions to drive e-commerce and retail growth.
