I’m passionate about driving growth through innovative, data-driven strategies. My experience includes launching e-commerce platforms, optimizing performance marketing, setting up CRM systems, and leading mobile engagement initiatives. Most notably, I spearheaded the successful launch of the PUMA APP in the US and Canada, and developed the brand’s mobile engagement strategy for SMS/MMS.

Collaborated across departments and partnered with international teams while closely aligning with global digital and project teams.

Built, managed, and led a high-performing retention marketing team of 4 internal members, coordinating with an external partner team of 6. Managed multiple channels including email, mobile app, SMS/MMS, transactional, and automated communications.

Spearheaded the creation and strategy for PUMA’s omnichannel SMS/MMS mobile program for e-commerce and retail stores. Played a pivotal role in the successful launch of the PUMA APP by developing the retention marketing strategy and driving the overall marketing plan.

Actively participated in off-site strategic sessions with senior leadership, leading the acquisition and retention pillar to elevate performance to the next level.

ed the development and execution of Performance Marketing strategies for the LATAM region, aligning with Global HQ in Germany and other regions to drive e-commerce and retail growth.
