• Demand planner for Hair care, Oral care, Home care, Family care, Beauty care and PHC categories for GDM (Global Development Markets). Categories make up for 52% of all GDM Market.
• Made possible to implement LADMAR standardized processes into GDM by adjusting them to its business model.
• Technology developer and project leader of an excel based analytical validation tool used bi-weekly in cluster reducing 8
hours/month for 5 members of the department. Engaged in daily update process and follow up with key players to ensure no
differences during the official submissions.
• Co-Leader of Simplification and Standardization project deployed to the entire Regional business unit. Engaged with every
country's business to understand its specific needs and created a tool that could consolidate all needs into one. Created a
sequence of training one-pagers for new users and a weekly communication plan to frequently inform and encourage all team
members to adapt to new tool.

Demand Planner LADMAR | 06/2017 - 03/2020
Demand planner for Hair Care for countries: Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, El Salvador, Bolivia,
Ecuador, Paraguay, Dominican Rep, Uruguay. It is the largest category and currently represents 43% of all LADMAR Market.
• Leader for a Demand Portfolio Accuracy Project, that was deployed across all the LADMAR cluster starting with a 19.6%
accuracy base to a 90% accuracy after complete implementation, improving 359% by maintaining the line up, engaging
demand planning peers and influencing the Sales Marketing Operation Leaders, resulting in forecast quality by SKU.
• Engaged in weekly root cause analysis, executed with the Sales Market Operation Leader, influencing and driving commercial
strategy discussions, considering the political context of the category. First LADMAR category validating SKU's forecast quality,
driving example for the rest of categories.
• Technology owner for an accuracy project that enabled orders visibility sooner, making forecast of incoming demand more
precise, seeking improvement in forecast accuracy. Process was documented, standardized, and back up person was fully
trained, making process sustainable.
• Developed a Scorecard consolidating all measures to be tracked, available and used by all department members.
