• Realize & complete Inventory Initiatives to decrease inventory, correctly discontinue or reactivate products & components, & insure that materials are classified with correct attributes & blocks
• Complete & approve the Inventory Control portion of the Engineering Change Request Impact Analysis
• Understand reason(s) for the change in order to insure that all Build of Materials & components changing are correct
• Analyze if any changing components will become obsolete due to the change & calculate the amount of inventory to be scraped
• Initiate & run a weekly Back Order (BO) Clean Up Process in order to prevent discontinued components from causing BO 
• Analyze if any components are causing BO by obtaining a list of components used in active products on BO & either reactivate incorrectly discontinued components or investigate why correctly discontinued components are still found in active products
• Examine if any discontinued products on BO can be built out by obtaining a list of components used & available stock to build
• Stream line & run a Weekly Discontinued Product ABC Report for the sales department that shows available inventory of discontinued products, discounted prices, & which products can only be purchased by particular regions
• Routinely discontinue & reactivate products & components either per request of the product team, S&OP team, or New Product team, or inventory initiatives

• Initiated all Manufacturing (MFG) presentations to be updated onto SharePoint & regulated dashboards & meetings for the MFG Department: Weekly Key Performance Indicator Meeting, Monthly Business Review, Monthly Operations Meeting, Monthly MFG Results Review, & Monthly Cost Center Reviews & Recaps 
• Collaborated with Supply Chain groups to verify data origination & accuracy in regards to BO & volumes in order to verify current reports and provide requested ad hoc reports 
• Completed organizational tasks for MFG departments focusing on Supply Chain, Cost Accounting, & Sourcing: planned meetings, organized events, organized quarterly meetings, approved purchase orders, & maintained organizational charts
• Initiated & maintained  Leadership program based on the book Leadership 2.0

Supply Chain Analyst

*Efficiently utilize databases to extract mass quantities of data into excel and condense that data into graphs, ad hoc reports, and presentations with added recommendations or observations on significant trends
*Take initiative to reformat and update prior ad hoc reports for easier viewing and future updates
