Diagnosis of Macintosh and PC based computing machinery. Services include but are not limited to; antivirus location and removal, PC optimization, repair and/or replace hardware, light networking problem solving, remote diagnosis and fix, and customization of OS and its components. Freelance graphic design services are as follows; Design of website front end, business cards, brochures and catalogs, custom logos and branding, design consultation and direction, light motion graphics, social media marketing and strategies, social media posts, as well as corporate identity.

Manage Photo Studio as well as implementing new and revised procedures for design, and photography. Fashioned and delivered product photography, new design procedures, and revised existing or antiquate procedures. Package design, social media, and web banners were also created.

Heavy production of web materials, presentations, booth design, video editing and production, web articles, A+ content, and spec sheets. Managed all social media platforms; results include an increase of 3,000 likes on Facebook over three month period, 700 followers on Instagram over one month, and 30 new followers on Twitter over a three-month period. With the use of closed-loop reporting through “smarketing”, I created public relations and social media marketing plans to increase brand recognition, contracts, sales, and general exposure within the novice and enthusiast PC gaming community. As well as responsible for product photography, web banners, and social media content.

Studied social media outlets and identified a need for a consolidated coupon experience with a clear coupon policy. Took idea from concept to launch within 1 quarter. Overall sales, grew 27% in that one quarter alone. With the use of closed-loop reporting through “marketing”, I created and executed marketing plans to increase brand recognition, contracts, sales, and general exposure within the MMJ, Vaping, and E-Cigs communities. Monitored the multiple levels of key performance indicators, costs per impression, and induced “smarketing” concept to generate better lead flow to the sales funnel. This also allowed messages to come across better to consumers which allowed the brand and brand goals to remain consistent throughout the sales process.

Product design for children’s activities, writing instruments, and toys with heavy production of web materials, POP designs, and sales sheets/presentations. Created, delivered, launched, and managed a 200+ writing instrument line under the brand Write Dudes™ in the first quarter of 2011. By the 2nd quarter of 2012, the line had exceeded its sales goal by $1.2 million in sales. Was given sole responsibility to develop products that deal with licensing for intellectual properties such as; World of Warcraft, Disney and Disney Princesses, Star Wars, LeapFrog, Barbie, Hot Wheels, and many more. As well as responsible for product photography, web banners, and social media content.
