Inputs orders received by email, phone or external portal from customer to our database
	Responds to customer inquiries regarding pricing, lead-time, quotations, delivery, order changes, etc.
	Maintains constant communication with customer regarding orders
	Expedite orders in response to critical customer requirements and coordinates special processing with internal customers/departments
	Process customer returns and rework efforts by obtaining pricing and delivery information on parts considered repairable
	Maintains records/files of orders, quotes, and customer correspondence

•	Professionally and accurately provide administrative support to 6 sales associates.
•	Promote good customer relations by providing immediate and accurate status/update on all orders. 
•	Speak to customers and be knowledgeable in product information pertaining rigid packaging
•	Work with supplier to provide customer with customized artwork proofs and requested documentation or specs.
•	Negotiate price and purchase ware from approved, qualified vendors and manage the shipment is delivered to the destination in time and good condition. Company maintains a 99% on time delivery record.
•	Setting up and tracking logistics for customers and negotiate savings on freight.
•	Handle stocking agreement and maintain/manage along with warehouse department that inventory is always available on our floor.
•	Weekly payment process of freight bills using third party web-based tools (TranzAct). 
•	Interact with other corporate departments & field locations to research shipment issues.
•	Manage corporate and local accounts by using reports available through our system and personally generating excel spreadsheets.
•	Coordinate customer problems, quality issues and rejections with our branch and multiple vendors until resolved; issue RMA and credits when necessary.
•	Reviews customer issues related to vendor products, new technology, pricing, availability.
•	Source and sample for new and existing customers to generate new business. 
•	Quote new or existing business and maintain off schedule pricing while maintaining or increase margins
•	Provide updates to sales department on potential new business and manage all internal aspects of new projects.
•	Timely resolution in customer payment discrepancies (Soft collections).
•	Assist co-workers in daily duties to meet the team’s goals.
•	Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned/required.  Make independent decisions when needed.
•	Training and mentoring new account coordinators/customer service upon hiring.
•	Maintain company goal of reducing annual cost and increasing annual gross profits.
•	Administer a book of business with customer’s orders with yearly sales of $8 million.
