Address account issues, review results and set goals; collaborate with internal decision makers.
• Built the Journeys SMU program by working with the Sole Tech finance managers, product managers, product line managers and designers to create new exclusive footwear products.
• Lead in the opening of The Buckle by working and negotiating terms with the key stakeholders on The Buckle’s team with the internal Sole Tech finance, product and division managers to open their account.
• Achieved more efficient business with Amazon by utilizing all of the tools in Vendor Central.
• Managed the Amazon EPC (Dedicated Brand Email Campaign) for a new footwear launch.


Key Accounts Manager - etnies Footwear

Manage domestic sales supplying key accounts including Footlocker, Zappos, Tilly's, Zumiez; plan and execute sales strategies, recruit/train/mentor six representatives; coordinate trade events and lead meetings; travel as needed to domestic sites. Address account issues, review results, write job descriptions and set goals; collaborate with internal decision makers. Manage $150,000 annual budget.
• Increased U.S. sales from 2013 ($10.7M) to 2014 ($15.1M)
• Increased door coverage from 70 to 400 in five years; grew team from four to 25.
• In 2014, had built Tilly’s sales from $26K to $1.0M annually and Zumiez from $30K to $5.0M.
• Launched Zappos account and grew volume from zero to $1 million in one year.
• Built the Zumiez, CCS, Tilly’s & Pacific Sunwear SMU programs by working with the adidas finance managers, product managers, product line managers and desigeners to create new exclusive footwear products.

• Built a dedicated national sales program from the ground up, conceptualizing and realizing strategic plan for the initial 100 account opening launch for adidas Snowboarding.
• Doubled U.S. sales from 2012 ($5.4M) to 2013 ($10.7M)
• Drove account growth and profitability by assessing and building on areas of momentum, capitalized on
product/pricing opportunities and course correct with innovative sales tactics to improve sales performance
with the account.
• Lead sell-in and sell-through for assigned account in collaboration with marketing and account marketing
  and partner to develop broader marketing strategies for sales team.
