Regional Leasing Manager

•	Perform feasibility studies, financial analysis & Due Diligence for all Real Estate Acquisitions and Developments.
•	 Develop new business initiatives. Experienced in dealing with Senior Executives, Brokers, Attorneys, Municipalities, and private equity firms.
•	Perform BPO’s, List, Market, and Sold REO properties for clients. Negotiate property leases for clients.

•	Conducted aggressive cross-training to enhance branch performance and accountability.
•	Establish performance measurements and standards for Underwriting, processing and funding.
•	Direct a team of 30 Sales Reps which resulted in production numbers that ranked 2nd out of 6 regions.
