This is a part time small business wherein I hone my business skills in order to work for a larger company. As a Producer, I raise funds, hire, plan, and shoot content for online consumption. What can I say? Working at REI is awesome. On the front lines of outdoor consumer sales we; Outfit customers for their outdoor endeavors. We learn the technical aspects of outdoor gear in the field so we can speak with authority to our customers. I aggressively pursue knowledge of the outdoors in order to stay on top of industry trends. As a Sales Lead, I communicate this to the Sales Associates so that we can serve our public and our co-op via advanced outfitting.

August 2013 Exceeded the store's KPI goal for memberships by .5% Led the store's NOOK launch and ended with the second highest sales in the company. Hired and trained retail staff on a continual basis. Maintained all HR records as well as operational records in an accurate and timely manner.
