Wendy Hicks: Associate professor and gradate coordinator in SAN DIEGO, CA

I was responsible for management of the Department of Criminal Justice's graduate program and acted in the capacity of associate professor, teaching courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels. In addition, I was the chair of the City College Curriculum Committee.

I was hired to develop the inaugural graduate program for the College of Liberal Arts at Ashford University. I was responsible for hiring faculty, course development, accreditation standards, and class management. I worked in conjunction with various offices at the university to create a financially viable, fully accredited graduate program in criminal justice.
