I was brought in to create a new look/direction to a stale market place and poor direction by previous editors. As a team we successfully gained a significant share of the the Harley Davidson and V-Twin market. I changed the look of the magazine to a more modern youthful out reach as I felt the older readers were falling off. Traveling to events out of state, choosing and feature motorcycles that would be photographed by me and featured inside the magazine. Create cover content that stood out from the rest of the market and helped sell more newsstand/subscription magazines. Advertisement improved because of the new direction and we moved up from fifth to third, right behind Cycle World and MotorCyclist. Created video from motorcycle reviews to, Builder bio, event coverage, and How-to work on your motorcycles.
