Lead the Design and Merchandising team in the launch of a new California Lifestyle Brand, from conception to execution.  Responsible for creating both branded and private label/SMU product side-by-side for accounts such as Nordstrom, Urban Outfitters, PacSun, Tilly's and Wet Seal. Set the tone/vibe/color story/print story for each delivery and account based  on trend analysis and research as well as special account requests. Work closely with buyers to develop private label product that meets their specific needs and deadlines as well as branded Wyldehart product presented at monthly markets in NY and LA.  Created/supervised/developed over 100 styles per month.

Design/Merchandise Director

Lead and give direction to Women's Design team for all categories including Sportswear, AXS, Footwear, Graphic Tees, Swim, Little Girls and 365 Activewear. In charge of seasonal direction, trend, color and vibe for division. Oversee daily design concepts from idea to execution. Concept and execute fresh ideas and big picture direction in order to continually evolve product. Work closely with Sourcing to stay competitive and fresh while keeping consistent quality. Seasonal travel for research and inspiration. Work side-by-side with designers to provide a cohesive line while maintaining brand DNA. Work directly with Sales team regarding retail feedback and selling to meet their needs. Manage master calendar and deadlines for team.  Work with SMU team to concept and approve all SMU Styles.  Work with marketing to tell seasonal story for merch guide shoots and photo shoots.  Presentation of direction and product to key accounts

Senior Design Director for Women's Division

Responsible for concept, design, development and execution of all bottoms & outerwear including: Denim, Boardshorts, Walkshorts, Pants, Skirts and Jackets.  Managerial role over assistants, responsible for training and managing job duties and calendar. Research trends, retail feedback and competition to ensure freshness in product/ knowledge of customer. Responsible for launching denim line from the ground up, perfecting fit & quality.  Credited for building thriving bottoms business. Sourcing of fabric, trims and label package seasonally. Involved in concepting color, trend and print direction seasonally.

Senior Designer- Women's

Assist with Design and execution of Denim Line (Jolt! Jeans). Worked with Overseas Vendors as well as local wash houses and factories. Assisted with AS400 input and all costing negotiations. Coordination with pattern room, cutting room, sewers and dye houses for in-house sample lines.

Stylist & Costume Designer for various t.v./commercials/film & theatre. Interacted with production companies and directors to endure character accuracy and consistency. Responsible for organization and maintenance of wardrobe on set.
