With nearly five years of experience as an Bilingual Educator and Training Manager I aim to obtain a position where I can utilize my Spanish fluency, Management, and teaching background.

-Created a training curriculum and customer service based call flow for single and multifamily leasing inquiries around Salesforce.com CRM software.

-Developed new ideas and training material to ensure quality assurance for call center
employees and new hires.

-Help to coordinate and manage events such as the Miami International Boat Show and Bisbee’s Fishing Tournaments.
-Responsibilities included proper inventory control, staff management, sales and marketing.
