• Split responsibilities between Metallurgical and Mechanical Engineering Teams • Collaborated with Metallurgical team to develop a new type of float test for the mining industry • Evaluated project success by organizing and analyzing 300 mineral samples a week • Presented evaluations daily to the Metallurgical Team and weekly to all other involved teams • Collaborated with Mechanical Team to design and develop large scale machines that aid the float test process • Discussed project progress and plans in daily meetings with the Mechanical Team as well as weekly meetings with every team at the location • Took initiative to improve working environment by creating a soundproof enclosure for the shops compressor
