General Operations: P & L Accountability , Budgets, Brand Building , Store Design , Visual Merchandise Presentation , Forecasting , Personnel Training , Inventory Analysis , Open to Buy , Operations Management , Warehouse Set Up Procedures /Store Fulfillment , Store Signage , Human Resources .

Manufacturing : Global Sourcing , Piece Goods Construction Design Recommendations / Treatments /Washes , Quality Control / AQL processes , Product Development , Production Schedules , Costing Process / Negotiations , Specification Controls , Packaging Controls , Labels/Hang Tags/Marketing Recommendations , Embroidery / Printing and Patch Development Control , pre-pack , drop shipments.

Production Control: Stocked Piece Goods Inventory control, Piece Goods Cutting Procedures, Trim Inventories, Stitches per Inch Requirements, Packaging Requirements, and Replenishment Procedures. Travel to global factory production sites once per year or as required.
                
Global Logistics: Procedures Control, Negotiate & Manage Global Logistics using various methods of transport; LCL, FCL, Air Courier, Air Courier & Sea Transport & Rail combinations.

Customs Clearing and Compliance: Maintain full working knowledge of global Customs clearance and compliance 

Banking: Letters of Credit and/or Cash Payment Procedures and Negotiations.

Web Page Fulfillment: Negotiate Cost & Set up Procedures for Web Page Fulfillment –Core product Only, Inventory Control, Drop shipments.

Directed all supply chain operations for a 400 store national chain, three domestic factories, 22 global factories in 12 countries on weekly, monthly production schedules.
