• Product Development & Distribution
o Concept, create, execute, and manage all Private Label and Branded operational products of the Retail & Spa
o Initiated and sustained an Exclusivity/Private Labeling Product Launches. Practice the 6 Stage Product Development process to ensure a successful and on time launch: Profitability while maintaining the core Brand Vision being key.
o Implemented a Distribution System for Radiance Holdings, Parent Company. Including E-commerce (Shopify) and setup of entire Distribution Center Logistics.
• Retail & Merchandising
o Manage programs for Retail, and Retail Operations based on profit and ROI
o Research and establish new Retail Partners while maintaining and fostering relationships with existing Retail Partners. Negotiations and Operational Procedures
o Create Merchandising directive through planograms and Merch Guides.
o Managed Packaging and introduced Sustainability and cost savings to the program through partner testing, research and financial analysis.
• Spa Design
o Research, Concept Buildout, Testing and Implementation of entire Spa redesign.
o Once again, collaborated with CallisonRTKL, award-winning design firm, to execute a refreshed and relevant guest journey through every aesthetic of the Spa Experience.
o Lead a high performing team to create the exterior and interior design concepts of new and renewing Spas.

• Technology
o Strong strategy builds as we move to an online ordering environment
o Research and implementation of Online Ordering opportunities through Retail and Cake
Decorations through private labeling, co-branding, and current Retail Partnerships.
• Bakery Build out
o Research, Concept Build out, Testing and Implementation of lobby layout and fixtures and the Guest Retail Journey..
o Coordinate the visual needs with marketing image of the stores. Lead a high performing team to create the exterior and interior design
concepts of new and renewing Bakeries.
• Brand Innovation-Design
o Concept, create, execute, and manage custom created designs and programs for Cakes and Toppers.
o Responsible for the 40%+ Sales increase as it pertains to Cake Add-ons and Designs
o Sourcing and Cost Analysis while leading the team through the 6 Phase Innovation Process
• Retail & Merchandising
o Manage programs for Retail, and Retail Operations based on profit and ROI
o Create and manage all approved retail and update of Approved Retail Catalog while keeping a clear awareness of consumer trends and
psychology of the shopper while highlighting the Brand Retail Vision set forth by our Founders.
o Create Merchandising directive through planograms and Merch Guides
o Actively plans and promotes retail signage and marketing efforts in cooperation with the Marketing Department.

Director of Retail & Design (Product Innovation & Development)

Ideation and Innovation: development of new products, services or processes including Design, Retail and Flavor Strategy. Project Management of SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)

*Train and activate a popular and fast growing franchise on retail best practices that generate revenue & control retail inventory.
*Vendor Management
*Conduct consumer tasting panels and gather feedback for the brand. Work with research firms and assist in planning. Responsible for accurately reporting the results back to executive team.
*Lead design & flavor team & process for the NbC brand to support all key occasions.
*Conduct research and testing for NEW designs/flavors
*Publish Retail Franchisee Rankings and work with Operations Team on developing action plans to grow retail percentage year after year.

Brand Retail & Innovation Manager

*Participate in and then lead New Bakery Openings. To date, participated in 20+ openings throughout the US
*Multi-unit support for 130+ regional franchise operations by being the first line of contact for the Southwest Region
*Travel to bakeries in Southwest market quarterly and coach franchisees in all aspects of operations.
*Assist in developing and maintaining strategies to meet profit goals within my region
*Provide strategic and operational planning input for the regional operations, and report progress and results to senior management.
*P&L reviews with franchisees and strategic planning when necessary.
*Create action plans to assist franchisees with territory growth.

Regional Support Manager

• Work with event sales and marketing staff on the coordination of event activities for the restaurant, school districts, stadiums, and churches.
• Responsible for the education and orientation of new staff to the popular and growing company
• Accountable for all inventory of liquor; in charge of the cost analysis for daily activities of bar sales
• Profits and Loss/ Budget reporting to Home Office in Tampa as well as Payroll processing and all aspects of Human Resources.
• Responsible for ALL marketing aspects of the restaurant (i.e., promoting catering events, Hotel Program, as well as introducing new products and menu items to the customer) Bring in new caterings as well as establishing on-going caterings
