*Negotiated FOB cost for up to $12M purchase order of Russell Corporations combined brands (Russell Athletic, Jerzees, Mossy Oak and Cross Creek) and maintained all factory bids. *Worked with trading agencies and factory direct to create and develop new avenues of sourcing in Bangladesh, India, Pakistan and Tanzania to improve on company objectives in widening the manufacturing matrix as well as the ultimate goal of improving company margins. *Traveled to many of the above destinations to work one on one with the agents and direct factories to negotiate all costs and place orders. *Worked with internal stakeholders in assuring appropriate and detailed specification sheets with fabric and trim for costing and sampling. *Sourced domestically approx. $2MIL of full package programs for assigned four market programs (girls, boys, infant, men’s athletic) *Negotiated costs and maintained cost sheets of all bids. *Managed the production and development for promotional apparel for endorsed/signed NBA players for respective promotional tours. *Supplied and reviewed Corporate QC manual as well as QC manuals for special make-up programs to assure all compliance were met. *Submitted all trim and fabric for testing. *Worked directly with legal to assure all CPSC (Consumer Production Safety Commission) rules and regulations were met in the development of the newborn and infant line. *Evaluated all domestic vendors within assigned markets on performance, quality and delivery.
