Sourcing Manager

*Managed approximately $2M of domestic Cut/Make/ Trim (CMT) production. 
*Worked with and managed established offshore contractors in Hondurus and Costa Rica. Implemented tactical improvements and enhancements to these operations based on increased technicality and engineering of product.
*Maintained cutting schedule of domestic contractor
*Worked with domestic contractor in assuring the cut and bundling of panels and production pattern blocks were shipped to offshore contractors for assembly. 
*Organized the logistics of shipping and delivery of fabric and trims to off shore contractors
*Maintained and oversaw a tight work in process (WIP) and time and action calendar 


*Sourced domestically approx. $2MIL of full package programs for assigned four market programs (girls, boys, infant, men’s athletic)
*Negotiated costs and maintained cost sheets of all bids.
*Managed the production and development for promotional apparel for endorsed/signed NBA players for respective  promotional tours.
*Supplied and reviewed Corporate QC manual as well as QC manuals for special make-up programs to assure all compliance were met.
*Submitted all trim and fabric for testing.
*Worked directly with legal to assure all CPSC (Consumer Production Safety Commission) rules and regulations were met in the development of the newborn and infant line.
*Evaluated all domestic vendors within assigned markets on performance, quality and delivery.
