Manage and improve print development process: Manage print developments across all categories. Partner with the main print house to lead the digital sms printing process in order to reduce leadtime. Update the WIP tracking chart by moving it from Excel to Airtable and adding new features. Partner with the Digital Product Creation team to introduce 3-D methods to improve the material development process. Establish relationships with international partners: South America and Asia sourcing teams, mills, and factories.

Manage on time material developments for in line and SMU (2 seasons per year). Establish the fabric library for cross-functional teams to use. Oversee internal wash test sample process to test against lab testing results. Lead and present fabric adoption meetings to senior management. Establish relationships with mills and factories in Peru and Asia.
