? Tasked to build the FP&A team from the ground up, replacing a team of contractors. Recruited and trained a team of 8 so far including 3 managers and 5 analysts, of which 2 are based in the UK.
? Planning Process: Implemented a new budgeting process for 2020 which included planning for multiple strategic initiatives including new product launches, direct-to-consumer expansion and major restructuring of our supply chain.
