Product Developer/ Designer - Apparel Designer - Production Artist

An ever evolving artist, starting with different fine art mediums as an adolescent that transcended into a Designer in early adulthood. My path has brought me to my current proffesional position as a Product Developer, Apparel Designer, & Production Artist that also has a passion to learn and continue evolve my art & design skills

-Spearhead the development of innovative, market-ready products by conducting in-depth product research, competitor analysis, and consumer trend analysis.
-Design and produce detailed Spec Sheets and Tech Packs, ensuring clear and accurate communication of product specifications to domestic and international vendors across seven diverse brands.
-Lead the creation and organization of artwork, including vectoring, color separation, Pantone callouts, and revision management, to ensure high-quality designs are executed by vendors.
Source and select materials, blanks, and vendors to ensure production quality while maintaining financial constraints.
-Develop and design consumer-facing marketing materials that align with brand identity and drive product engagement.
-Create internal marketing materials to educate employees on new product launches and seasonal updates.
-Develop and implement rigorous quality control procedures, ensuring products meet high standards throughout production.
-Evaluate product costs and collaborate with vendors to review and approve or negotiate pricing for cost-efficient production.
-Design photo-realistic product comps for use in marketing materials, adhering to Tech Pack specifications.
-Lead product testing, utilizing feedback to enhance designs before mass production

-Managed and led a night shift team, overseeing daily operations, task delegation, and performance reporting to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.
-Worked closely with the day shift crew to ensure seamless transitions, supporting the completion of customer orders and streamlining warehouse operations for optimal efficiency.
-Ensured compliance with closing procedures, securing the building and managing inventory systems at the end of each shift.
-Managed inventory control, tracking incoming and outgoing products to maintain accurate stock levels and efficient warehouse organization.
-Organized the warehouse for various product categories, including seasonal drops, prebook capsules, and at-once drops, optimizing storage and accessibility.
-Trained and mentored new warehouse staff, ensuring proficiency in receiving, packing, unpacking, and shipping procedures, while fostering a culture of continuous learning and adherence to safety protocols.
-Collaborated with cross-functional teams to implement strategies for improving overall business performance and operational efficiency
