I am extremely passionate with snow sports and surfing. i love being in the mountains with friends. i have been skiing my whole life and switched to snowboarding about 5 years ago.  i have many goals

But the main goal is to continue with a career in the outdoor industry where i can continue to be around the products

And companies i love. i truly believe the key to happiness is findings something you love to do and being the very best you can be.

I am looking to secure a fast paced, marketing and/or sales management position, where I am able to utilize my valuable work history and education to help lead an energetic team in reaching all goals and objectives. I have a strong entrepreneurial background that combines my passion for sports and business. US Coordinator & N. American Sales Manager
•	Oversaw all operations within US and Canada, with a heavy focus on US Market
•	Participated extensively in product development of skis/snowboards. Semi-Annual product developments were held in Annecy, France with all product engineers and athletes
•	Supervised, directed, and implemented all b2b/b2c marketing, PR content, and industry trade shows with a heavy emphasis on digital and social media campaigns
•	Put into place all US distribution and sales channels
•	Created and adhered to cash flow forecasts, both short and long term
•	Established and controlled sales forecasts, both short and long term
•	Sales Manager of independent sales team of 5 operating in the US and Canada
•	Set sales objectives, implemented training, and performed bi-annual performance reviews for sales team
•	Grew sales each year from $0 to $36k in year one, $129k in year two, and to $335k in year three. All B2B sales, no direct sales.
•	Worked directly with HQ in Annecy, France and Geneva, Switzerland on all issues ranging from sales, marketing objectives, financial planning, and product development.
•	Traveled extensively and enjoyed the fast paced work environment and independence.
