- Three years of law enforcement experience in investigating and enforcing Colorado revised statutes to include: persons crimes, property crimes, financial crimes, and fraud. 
As well as experience in report writing and documentation, courtroom testimony, intuitive decision making, and I/Leads, NCIC/CCIC computer programs. 

- Involvement with the Colorado gang taskforce, which involved gathering and analyzing intel and data on local organized crime. 

- P.O.S.T certified firearms instructor: teaching and demonstrating proficiency in gun handling, marksmanship, and mindset. 

- Two years experience in project management, tracking, planning, and making analytical decisions.

- Experience leading and managing staff including setting objectives and daily activities, as well as talent acquisition and training.

Programs Recreation Assistant
- Responsible for organizing and supervising week-to-week program activities. Oversaw the indigent resource program. 
- Responsible for all of the inventory, supplies, and activities for the programs department.

Internship – Project development/ management of youth campaign projects. Short-term Project Leader.

During my time with Venture Expeditions I was able to be a part of some exciting and innovative projects and campaigns. The one that I enjoyed the most was planning and developing a 700 mile cycling tour for a group of youth and young adults to benefit clean water efforts in Africa. I was able to partner with two major organizations, Venture Expeditions and Blood:Water Mission, to make our trip a success. Because of the success of that trip I was able to move into an internship with Venture Expeditions where I continued to plan and develop projects to aid in humanitarian relief efforts. One of which went on to be a huge success as Venture Expeditions teamed up with the International Justice Mission on an annual cycling tour along the underground railroad to help in relief efforts for human trafficking.
