Branding, Packaging, Digital • Rebranded and redesigned the entirety of Eat the Bear's website, UI infrastructure, social media, marketing collateral, and full range of product packaging to better engage consumer base. • Prepared detailed design presentations to garner buy-in from key stakeholders • Engaged in necessary communications with factories, FDA regulation consultants, and printers to ensure proper execution of designs. • Other responsibilities included copywriting, animation, marketing, sales funnels, and Mailchimp campaigns. • Mentored junior designers.

Branding, UI, Startups, Web • Designed and branded a variety of tech startups through Awesome Inc's Fellowship Incubator program and helped several startups reach series A funding rounds. • Increased the aesthetic presence and branding of Awesome Inc's other entities, (Apax Software and Awesome Inc U) through Web design and UI design. • Managed design interns.

Footwear Design • Launched Reebok's Royal Sport category and made it the most profitable division at Reebok within the first year. • Designed footwear and creating innovative product concepts for price-point consumers across a broad spectrum of sport-categories. One of my shoes sold over 700,000 pairs. • Responsible for pricier, quick turn-around timeline projects within CTM (Close-to-Market) and on-site work with factories. • Responsible for new material packages, identifying trends, and designing market-relevant silhouettes
