Marketing Research Analyst & Project Manager | 11/2016 - Current
In my current role, I take clients from start to finish on research projects that analyze their businesses, salespeople, and processes. Generally my clients are looking to rebrand their companies or merge existing companies together, and need help figuring out the bottlenecks in their processes. I am the critical thinker that guides and communicates with the decision makers during these projects.
I personally gather data that compares and contrasts my clients with their competition to find their strengths and weaknesses, and I give presentations and recommendations that help guide them in their next steps as a company. Those next steps include sales training, cohesive branding and logos, new websites, social media marketing, and ongoing marketing campaigns. I am now looking to take the next steps of my career and find somewhere I can grow and contribute.
Thanks for your time,
Zach

Graphic Designer | 11/2012 - 09/2016
I am responsible for creating multi-media design solutions that have a high visual impact. My role involves understanding the visual needs of a project before making design decisions that are required for a huge variety of products and activities, such as websites, advertising, magazines, posters, product packaging, exhibitions and displays, corporate communications and corporate identity, i.e. giving the organization a visual 'brand'.
Through developing creative ideas and concepts, and choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the companies objectives, my work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of technology and industry software, and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines. I often have to be proactive in presenting ideas and ready for criticism.
Typically I am managing more than one design project at a time, allocating the relevant amount of time according to the value of the job, and presenting finalized ideas and concepts to managers working with a wide range of media. This requires proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work, contributing ideas and layout to the overall projects, and working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists.
