My name is Zachary Blatt, I am 38 years old, and I currently live in Los Angeles.  I am the founder/owner/creative designer of two clothing lines; "Cosby" and "Ghetto Gowns".  I have experience in every aspect of clothing production you can think of, for my own companies as well as other apparel lines.  I aspire to advance in the fashion industry by becoming an integral member of a innovative fashion design team. 

1. Create and add new items and production methods to each line each season
2. Use Photoshop and Illustrator to create graphics and tech packs
3. Photograph, style, and coordinate clothing and models for lookbooks and linesheets
3. Manage design, samples, production, marketing, distribution, sourcing, product development, sales, and public relations
4. Build and maintain one-on-one strategic relationships with fabric houses, trim suppliers, pattern makers, sewers, knitters, screen printers, embroiderers and web designers
5. Balance both fashion and budget considerations
6. Supervise website, online store, and social media


Owner/Founder/Designer/Creative Director

1. Collaborated in a team of three (designer, production assistant and myself)
2. Assisted with administrative tasks for the owner 
3. Processed countless different production tasks each day for the owner’s line as well as multiple other lines
4. Performed effectively in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment


Apparel Production Assistant

1. Served as the sole assistant to the Production Manager
2. Executed numerous production tasks for over 25 different lines
3. Communicated effectively with hundreds of jobbers and suppliers
4. Communicated effectively with in-house sample/production sewers and finishers to inspect and package hundreds of garments per day
