I am a recent graduate from Point Loma Nazarene University, starting to look for roles in the business industry. As a major in organizational communication, with a minor in business administration, I want to use my skills and learn new skills to help make a positive impact in the world. 

Throughout my time at Point Loma Nazarene University, I pride myself on the ability to effectively communicate from an interpersonal perspective all the way to a mass perspective. I enjoy building relationships with people and translate that to meet the needs of consumers and those around me.

- Interviewed over 20 employees and created an internal website for future employees
- Worked with digital team to transfer project management from one platform to another
- Successfully created a competitive analysis on nonprofit advertising agency’s websites
- Met weekly and worked on various projects with the internal creative, digital, and account teams

Summer Intern

- Served over 200 customers daily in high pace work environment while ensuring quality service, efficiency, sanitation standards
- Successfully informed customers of branded products and seasonal promotions that helped increase brand recognition and quarterly sales
- Managed conflict amongst coworkers and customers using interpersonal communication and mediation techniques

- Created daily lesson plans to establish a high learning culture with age-appropriate lessons

Home School Teacher

- Partook in demo and labor projects for houses, garages, and bathrooms in preparation for construction 
- Successfully cleaned job sites and transferred necessary raw materials to efficiently increase production and ensure safe workspaces
