My responsibilities include underwriting commercial property using historical profit and loss statements, current operating history and future projected performance of commercial property, preparing and presenting market analyses of property to clients, create and order marketing material for new property our sales team brings to market, manage calendar meetings and deal folders for Vice President of Investments and provide clients with exceptional customer service throughout the escrow process.
