To explore my experience as a “Garment Technician’’ in an organization that provides structured career progression for sincerity and self-motivated.

Bangladesh
• Follow up all technical issues from development to shipment
• Make product risk analysis for every style
• Review with customer for further clarification
• Attending sample handover meeting to clarify risk factors with factory and QA concern
• Handle & communicate customer requirements clearly & accurately to factories and ensure vendors understanding
• Review Fit, Size Set, PP samples and make the comments on the system
• Make pattern correction as per required fit after reviewing the test samples
• Troubleshoot if any problems arise during sample development or during production and give solution to make smooth production
• Arranging workshop to educate new vendors about customer wise requirement
• Collaborate orientation meeting with vendors regular basis to work as a team
• Follow up with customer for feedback
• Input technical data in the ERP system as required
• Maintain T & A to achieve delivery on time

• Responsible for all the samples approval and production follow up
• Make pattern correction after review the samples when necessary
• Worked with customer to understand the needs and provide better service
• Resolve technical issues, improved operations and provided exceptional client support
• Manage quality assurance daily basis in bulk production
