Zara Eneghmouchi: ACCOUNT MANAGER (America) in Amsterdam

Learned how important is developing strong relationships and partnerships with customers. I don't only analyse the strengths and weaknesses of all the assigned regions but also of each account individually as all of them have different needs. In this role, I liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience. I collaborate with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long-run.

Working as CS agent for the international market in a startup. Helping with Spanish and French customers apart of the english guests, providing assistance and helping during escalation cases overseas with suppliers from all over the world. Evaluating the market and administering all the documents for the marketing department and sales team. Personalizing packages in order to respond to customer, suppliers and company needs.

Responsible for the administration of the guests of the fair, answering questions to provide the best possible quality. Handling documents for the registrations, giving expected results to the suppliers in the different demanded languages. Managing the information with the systems and taking care of the customers and guests.

Tour guiding in Amsterdam. For 6 months working in Plan A company as a tour guide, providing tours in French and English working with tourists from everywhere. Learned how to handle difficult situations within caring about customer needs.
