best possible quality. Handling documents for the registrations, giving expected results to the
suppliers in the different demanded languages. Managing the information with the systems and taking care of the customers and guests.

Tour guiding in Amsterdam. For 6 months working in Plan A company as a tour guide, providing
tours in French and English working with tourists from everywhere. Learned how to handle
difficult situations within caring about customer needs.
