• Report to CEO • Stay in constant communication with domestic and international shippers, clients, distributers, and managers • Ensure quality and accurate orders, deliveries, and installations domestically, and globally • Manage the global logistics operations in US, and its subsidiaries in UK, and Singapore • Oversee and execute projects within our market areas, US, Canada, South America, Europe, South Africa, Middle East, Russia, and Singapore. • Manage logistics, customer service, support, installation, and procurement teams • Ensure all employees reviews done on time • Maintain current electronics systems in EON showrooms • Coordinate the workflow between sales, purchasing, and logistics • Establish, and maintain SOP’s • Ensure quality delivery domestically, and globally • Prepare all international export documentation and other supporting paperwork • Ensure that all regulatory requirements are met to ensure compliance for U.S. Customs, Dept. of Commerce and Federal Trade Commission • Manage all foreign Customs requirements including Shippers Export Declarations, Commercial Invoices, Certificates of Origin and product descriptions and classifications • Maintain product Schedule –B codes, and ECCN’s • Monitor freight costs and recommend freight reductions, and cost savings initiatives • Develop new tracking system, for inventory, purchasing, Installations, shipping, and receiving • Negotiate prices and terms with shippers and freight forwarders • Obtain and source new vendors • Track and approve all purchases, and maintain adequate inventory levels • Forecast and manage all projects, and determine the time range needed from establishing bill of materials to sending the installation teams • Attend company trade shows • Manage and train employees on Project management techniques and fundamentals • Manage safety, and emergency procedures programs • Ensure RMA process is implemented, And manage all return • Work with sales to make sure customer satisfaction has been met • Work with marketing to form new products packaging • Manage the department P/L
