• Stay in constant communication with domestic and international shippers, clients, distributers, and managers
• Ensure quality and accurate orders, deliveries, and installations domestically, and globally

• Monitor freight costs and recommend freight reductions, and cost savings initiatives
• Develop new tracking system, for inventory, purchasing, Installations, shipping, and receiving
• Negotiate prices and terms with shippers and freight forwarders
• Obtain and source new vendors
• Track and approve all purchases, and maintain adequate inventory levels
• Forecast and manage all projects, and determine the time range needed from establishing bill of materials to sending the installation teams
