Outside Sales Rep Freak Traction and Leashes is a Hardgoods Surfboard Accessories company on the Rise! We’re expanding fast and seeking highly motivated, confident and experienced outside sales reps. To be successful in this position you must have current lines with established accounts in eyewear, and/or footwear, and/or apparel and posses product knowledge of Surf hardgoods and accessories. Commission pay is 10% on traction sales. Great opportunity and wide open territory to make some money! Representatives are needed for the following 4 individual territories: 1) Texas 2) New York & New Jersey 3) Southern, Central & Northern CA 4) Northern Florida These territories will be assigned based on qualification and relationship that are already established. The ideal candidate needs to have: -1 years Outside Sales experience in the action sports industry -Experience in selling hardgoods and accessories. -Highly organized -High Resilience -Strong communication skills -Proven ability to sell and grow sales in territory -Reliable transportation -Good at Follow Up/ Follow Through Freak with its unique Posi+Grip Traction design is regarded as some of the "Best in the World".
