Proof Lab Surf Shop Careers and Employment in Mill Valley, CA

The Bay Area's largest surf/skate shop, founded in 2004. Community driven. Our mission is to develop a more sustainable retail model focused on community building and connecting people with the outdoors. We have a 6k sq ft sales floor, a 2k sq ft indoor skate park and a coffee shop on site. We also offer music lessons, ding repair, surf and skate camps, a bio diesel station, and we sub lease to a few other small businesses like an arts center and a native plant nursery. We are growing: just took over another building next door for more retail space and are going to start selling products online later this year. We sell a lot of hardgoods: surfboards, wetsuits and skateboards, but mens clothing is our top category overall. We have 2 separate buildings in our complex, Proof Lab Surf Shop carries all the big surf/skate brands you would expect, and Proof Lab Station carries more Outdoor and Heritage brands like Patagonia, Levis, Filson, Pendleton, Carhartt, etc.
