Screen Works brings over 50 years of combined textile printing experience offering full package, contract printing services, fulfillment services, blank storage, and shipping services all within our 18,000 sq ft secured facility. Art Department – our full service art department accepts all popular software as well an FTP site for easy art upload and processing. We offer simulated process and index separations with all film output done on site.

Sourcing & Purchasing – Screen Works has all your sourcing and purchasing needs covering apparel, headwear, accessories and trims.

Fulfillment Services – offering complete relabeling both under and over taping, patch application, pre-packs, hangtag application utilizing an automatic folding and bagging system located on site.

Ink Specialties – we offer inks for process printing, index color printing, water base printing, simulated process for dark garments, discharge, pigment discharge ink, high density inks, glitters, metallic’s, shimmers, puff inks, glow in the dark and standard pantone colors. In addition, all our inks are lead and formaldehyde free. Testing results from an international accredited testing lab are available upon request.

Manufacturing – with our family of skilled production staff along with 3 fourteen color presses, 4 ten color press, 3 gas dryers and a fourteen color manual press, Screen Works has the capacity to produce 80,000 imprints a day. Offering the following techniques:

* standard & oversize prints * flat allover prints up to 6 colors * flock and foil transferring  * garment dye wash techniques * headwear and accessory embellishments

Shipping Department – our shipping department offers EDI, ASN scheduling and delivery, company trucks for customer pickup and delivery needs and complete UPS and Fed ex services available.
