Stept is a creatively integrated production company that pairs up world class story tellers with brands and agencies alike. Over the past decade, we have become known for ideating, producing, and editing impactful content that features authentic characters. 

Our founding partners, Alex Martini, Nick Martini, and Cam Riley grew up shooting documentaries featuring elite members of the alpine community. The trio's commercial endeavors influenced the construction of our Los Angeles production studio, and our headquarters in Jackson Hole, WY was inspired by our mountain roots.

Today, our team specializes in producing commercial spots, branded content, and documentaries for a variety of partners. This year we have enjoyed capturing basketball superstar Steph Curry, international rap icon “YG”, The North Face CEO Todd Spalletto, Gatorade athlete Peyton Manning, and countless other influencers.
