Our products are design patent pending in the US, Europe, even Australia and really bring together fashion and function like no other brand does. Ok, now the corporate stuff is done… Job Description We are looking for strong proactive, self-motivated, problem solver reps who can drive sales and exceed goals in the available territories. You will be selling the exclusive V-trap accessories to the best stores in your territory. Sales Reps may have defined territories and will call on Independent Fashion Boutiques, Travel Boutiques and select Key accounts within those territories. The ideal candidate will be a high energy and experienced hustler with extensive knowledge of our industry and an existing account base. We expect all of our Sales Reps to know our brand and our products inside and out. Commission based position. Job Duties The Sales Rep will be responsible for • Development and execution of Sales and Marketing initiatives. (making sales) • Growing sales and the realization of brand market potential within the region. (opening up the next new, best shop) • Maintaining existing retailer relationships while planning and opening new business. (treat your customers well) • Retail sell-through: Training store personnel on our product and technology features and benefits, product mix planning, merchandising, etc.. (teach the customer how to sell our stuff) • Regular travel to accounts, trade shows and sales meetings. (be a face your customers recognize) • Providing exceptional customer service and follow up to all accounts. (Treat them well) • Being the face of the brand in the territory and live the brand. • Executing brand initiatives and local marketing initiatives for the region. (help out with demos in your territory, etc.) • Providing sales and marketing feedback to head office on a regular basis. (use your head for more than a hat-rack) Requirements • 2-3 years Specialty Sales Rep or Agency experience with existing brands & relationships with key retailers. • An in depth understanding of the Fashion and/or Luxury Travel Retail environments. • Consistent, meaningful communication with your customers throughout the seasons. • Energetic, self-motivated and flexible. • Must be able to represent the brand and the company culture, while cultivating new relationships. • Superior follow through and detail orientation. • Reliable transportation! • Complimentary lines in the existing territory a plus.
