I managed a portfolio of clients, with a mixture of group reporting
and stand-alone statutory audit engagements. This includes one of the biggest Mexican pharmaceutical groups as well as a significant
component of a listed Company in the US. Due to the mixture of my
portfolio, I had the chance to work in different industries showing
flexibility to adapt myself to changing environments. Major
responsibilities:

Helping foreing Companies to do business in Mexico, providing
Finance, Accounting and Risk Advisory Services Responsible for:
Managing, leading and developing the Finance Team.
Day to day management of the financial reporting and accounting
processes. providing clients with accurate financial information,
data analysis.
Handling and resolving financial queries, interpreting financial
information, and ensuring that strong financial controls and procedures are in place.
Reviewing & Analysing Financial statements as well as the Companies financial performance.
Ensuring reporting to corporate is accurate and free from material misstatement as well as in line with the accounting
policies & standards adopted by each entity (MFRS, IFRS, US GAAP).
Identifiying improvement changes regarding key processes for
internal controls and accounting procedures.
Producing Financial Statements and analytics outlining financial
data to assist management with making strategic plans and operational decisions.
Improving overall financial reporting by redesigning control
processes and reporting structures.Establishing internal controls and policies.
Adopting new standards to ensure compliance to MFRS (Mexican Financial Reporting Standards), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) as well as US GAAPs.
