distributors & licensees (SE Asia, India, Australia, Africa, Middle East, E. Europe, S. America).
• Built profitable global collections that resulted in a consistent brand look for 400+ DTC retail doors & +500 wholesale doors.
Achieved YOY unit growth of 21% in FY18.
• Developed and executed a seasonal DTC toolkit that included store assortments (by flow, tier, and climate), buy
recommendations by style/SKU, and visual renderings of the lead brand stories.
• Established and piloted a retail shop-in-shop to elevate the apparel brand experience in strategic accounts globally. This
included pitching the Geography VP on the opportunity and partnering with the Global Brand Design and Visual team on a new
apparel fixture program for dedicated Converse spaces. Launched in 2017 in 50 doors and resulted in 144% YOY growth.

Managed the financial budget, strategic vision, and sourcing strategy for the Latin America distributors.
• Identified, evaluated, and selected New Balance's distributor partners for Latin America. Negotiated the distribution and licensee agreements upon renewal.
• Re-launched New Balance brand in Argentina and transitioned Brazil business from a subsidiary to a distributor.
