• Global competitive sourcing, e-auctions, VMI, ETECT, Six Sigma, OTTR, Inventory management etc.
• Set team goals to exceed business goals and internal customer expectations.
• Set-up systems for vendor development, supplier performance, 3rd Party management (CM)
• Overall responsibility towards Procurement "PLAN - DO - CHECK - ACT" frame of work.
• Managing all ancillary services like EXIM, Warehousing, and C&F.
• Customer Support services team wrt Demand planning and distribution management.
• Driving plant level Inventory management and co-ord. for RM/PM etc.
