Sales & Marketing Coordinator at the world class private, luxury community of Kukui`ula April 2013 to Current • Social Media Management – Curate strategic monthly social media calendars using high quality photos and video content accompanied by copy that showcases the quality of life, product, and the rich culture that makes the community of Kukui`ula so special (with the intention of appealing to potential buyers and guests). • Digital Communication Coordinator - Create and organize content and imagery for blog posts, e-blasts and Kukui`ula’s monthly member newsletter using Mail Chimp and Word Press. • Sales and Marketing Event Support - Contribute to event brainstorming sessions, event set up direction, and event execution. • Special Event & VIP Guest Coordinator – Plan, schedule, and organize all aspects of special events involving influencers and/or VIP guests. Booking accommodations and creating custom itineraries utilizing our five-star amenities and world class homes. • Sales Office front end presentation, sales tour support, and model home staging - Open and stage model homes for open houses and tours as well as give general amenity and home tours to prospect walk in’s when Sales Executives are not available. I also tour fellow team members in other departments to help familiarize them with our product and community outside of the Club environment. I am very confident speaking in group settings and enjoy being of service to team members and guests. • Model home photo shoot staging and production support – Manage the scheduling of the photographer and crew, help create and manage the timeline and shot list for home photo shoots as well as help create/stage the ideal setting for each shot. • Customer relations management of all incoming registrations from website – Responsible for logging, tracking, and following up with all website registrants from all landing pages. • Kukui`ula Brand Guideline Management - Manage and execute quarterly inventory of all digital and printed sales collateral, amenity menu cards, F&B menus, and club announcements; ensure that all materials are following our latest brand guidelines by using the correct logo, brand colors, font and font sizes, and are formatted correctly. • Sales & Marketing Accounting - Code and process all sales and marketing invoices and team expenses. I am the main point of contact between the sales and marketing team and our accounting department. It is my responsibility to organize, log, code, and submit all invoices and department expenses while staying within our monthly budget. Dance Fitness Instructor 2009 – 2019 I grew up in a Latin household where dancing was an everyday occurrence and dance became a passion of mine at a very early age. I was given the opportunity to start my own business and become a group fitness instructor through teaching Zumba in 2009. I taught over 7 classes a week with a range of 50 - 200 participants in each class. From Zumba I then evolved to different types of dance styles and currently teach two dance classes a week in the hip hop/dance hall genre. Pro Surfer & Lifestyle Model for Billabong International 1999 – 2011 I started surfing from a very young age and became a competitive surfer at the age of 11. By the age of 13, I was offered a sponsorship deal with Billabong USA for both surfing and modeling. After graduating from high school, I was offered an international contract with Billabong USA, Europe, and Australia. I spent the next 8 years of my life surfing and modeling all over the globe. I believe the life lessons I experienced through travel are invaluable and have shaped me into the person I am today. I grew up swimming, surfing, outrigger canoe paddling, hiking, cliff jumping, and exploring. I have traveled to over 15 different countries and am beyond grateful to have made my childhood dream of becoming a professional surfer and model a reality. In 2013, I finally decided to get a “real job” shortly before having my beautiful daughter in 2014, who is my biggest motivation and the joy of my world. I am a dedicated mother and worker and I am passionate about living my best life while being a light in this world.
