• Demonstrate excellent communication serving as liaison between design, merchandising, technical design, vendors, and team members. • Communicate effectively with both domestic and overseas vendors ensuring all product design instructions are understood. • Coordinate all vendor approvals of bill of materials including, but not limited to, fabric, trims, hardware, print, lab dip, and embellishment. • Review with design team on graphic tee, knit, bottom and fleece submissions at all stages, from development to production, and communicate comments with vendor. • Maintain, audit and review all technical packages.

• Oversee the production and development calendar while monitoring start and cancel dates, showing commitment to efficiency and quality in a timely manner. • Continually develop knowledge of print techniques, graphic sizing, films, screens, and inks. • Research and source fabric, test fabric shrinkage, organize lab dips and facilitate their approval. • Monitor the development of patterns, grading, and marking to ensure specifications are accurate and meet brand fit standards. • Execution of SMU, Prototypes, SMS, PP, TOP, and Fit samples. Assess and adjust styling and fit during development and production. • Examine all post-production, including legal lines, print damages, neck hits, sewing and dye errors to address issues and necessary repairs.
