Responsible for ordering parts and components for yachts production as well as consumable materials. Achievements and special jobs: Idealization and implementation of an in-company store to supply consumable materials and PPE directly to Azimut's requesters with measurement of consumption and fortnightly billing by the supplier who assumed the management of the stock and the internal distribution with its own staff. This project was important to reduce the costs of the acquisition process of 300 items by BRL 150k per year, which had their purchases consolidated in this single supplier (there were 6 suppliers previously), reducing annually the number of purchase orders from 625 to 24 and invoices from 1129 to 24.

Responsible for the Procurement of the new electrical motors plant in Brazil including goals for localization of motors components together with internal Siemens departments (Sales, Engineering, Logistic and others) and with the suppliers in order to achieve the products costs besides to accomplish the defined time schedule. Responsible for ordering all parts made with metal sheets for the Electrical Cabinets besides mechanical parts by Siemens drawings. Achievements and special jobs: Average saving of 17% in the acquisition of full set of plates for Electrical Panels of large projects. National trips with cross functional team for supplier development and international trips to Germany, Czech

Management of Engineering Trainees from Purchasing Department. Co-ordination of projects of new parts (mainly commodity: iron casting parts) together with involved departments (Sales, Engineering, Logistic, others) and suppliers in order to guarantee the SOP. Achievements and special jobs: Saving of 19% for castings. New casting supplier developed and implemented was awarded as the best of the ZF Group in 2009 and 2010.

Management of one team with 03 auxiliaries. Responsible for ordering all mechanical components for the equipments. These components were made by machining, welding and casting processes. Business co-ordination of projects for on demand new equipments together with involved departments (Sales, Engineering, Logistic, others) and suppliers in order to assure the delivery time and the costs negotiated. Achievements and special jobs: Development of new suppliers with better technical structure and lower prices for supplying the full set of plates for Electrical Panels.

Application of Continuous Improvement Process Methodology directly in the suppliers in order to reduce their costs. Jobs executed at the supplier using a team of employees from this supplier. Evaluation of new and current suppliers in order to approve the new and check the present suppliers. Achievements and special jobs: Cost reduction for service providers installing and maintaining the external telephone network. Creation of ranking of evaluated suppliers to assist the decision of the responsible buyer.

Responsible for ordering machines/equipments as well their spare parts in Brazil and/or in others countries, including services of refurbishment. Responsible for ordering parts by drawing/project Pirelli. Responsible for sending the information regarding to international transport and the customs clearance of the imported machines/equipments and spare parts, including the negotiation of international freight.

Supervision of one team with 12 blue collar workers and 02 maintenance technicians. Responsible for keeping and improving the performance of beer packaging line including the control of Quality product. Responsible for implementing the Continuous Improvement of Process including TPM system.
